Understanding the Challenge
UNDP partnered on the Timbuktoo entrepreneurship campaign and needed a flagship event that felt credible, well produced, and amplified online. The brief called for a coherent brand narrative across on-site touchpoints and social channels, with stakeholders ranging from entrepreneurs to public partners.
Our Strategic Intervention
Bspoke led concept and planning, designed all event collaterals, managed venue and production, and ran the social media program before, during, and after the event. Live capture fed an immediate content stream, while scheduled posts and community management extended the conversation beyond the day itself.
